The Information Technology Coordinator performs the tasks of coordinating project tasks and tracking of Information Technology assets for the IT Department Capital Caring staff. Provides responsive, accurate, professional, and friendly technical support. This position requires excellent technical and customer service skills as well as initiative, business judgment, flexibility. The position serves as the application owner and subject matter expert for productivity applications such as MS365 and SharePoint. The Information Technology Coordinator tracks and reports on the escalation and notification process for IT projects, coordinates and reports on mobile phone/tablet assets and provisioning and reporting of all company applications. The Technical Support Coordinator provides entry and mid-level training on productivity applications. The IT Coordinator tracks, maintains records of and reports on IT purchasing, projects, assets and contracting to IT Management as appropriate. The Information Technology Coordinator provides analytics and reporting on internal IT benchmarks, IT projects and assets.
The Information Technology Help Desk Coordinator should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a technical or application systems support environment. MS365 applications, audiovisual, asset management and intranet content management experience preferred.
A licensure at hire is not required however, obtaining the CompTIA A+ certification is required within the first year of employment. Staff in this position will be expected to attend and successfully complete Vendor Software training and certifications as required. Any reasonable expenses associated with these certifications will be reimbursed).
. A 2-year Technology degree is required. A 4-year BA.BS degree in information systems or technologyis preferred.
