The Clinical Manager is responsible for the daily assessment of the team activities. The manager will assist with accepting referrals, assuring timely admissions, assigning patients to the appropriate team members and monitoring patient care as ordered by the interdisciplinary plan of care team.
Location: Largo, MD
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

The Clinical Manager conducts the IDT meetings, supervises and supports clinical staff through evaluation and field supervisory visits and assures ongoing development of the team's clinical skills. The Clinical Manager will assure quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations, CHAP accreditation standards, and the organization’s policies and procedures.
Experience Requirements
Must have 2 years of public health/community health, medical/surgical or hospice nursing experience. Management experience preferred. Hospital based nursing is preferred
Education Requirements
Must have RN in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. A BSN is preferred.
Required Certificates and/or Licenses
Must have licensure from the governing body for practice for the District of Columbia, State of Maryland, and/or the Commonwealth of Virginia, based on the state/jurisdiction of practice. Licensure from compact state is acceptable. Healthcare Provider BLS (CPR) is required to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
